Marketing Coordinator I

Primary Purpose of the Role

The Marketing Coordinator works on a cross functional team consisting of Marketing, Design, New Product Development, Manufacturing and Sales to aid in the execution of custom programs for key account(s).

Essential Job DutiesManages internal and external custom item set up processes. Responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all product information in both internal and external product databases.Supports Assoc. Channel Managers with customer mock up and production sample requests, ensuring superior quality and timely delivery.Assists with packaging proofing and coordinates packaging approval process to ensure the accuracy of packaging formats and information.Coordinates testing samples and form completion. Maintains test report documentation in customer database.Proof customer orders vs. item set up.Organize Presentations for Assoc. Channel ManagersAssists Assoc. Channel Manager in custom program development as neededComplete quote tags for customer samplesParticipate in seasonal competitive shopping researchMaintains Program Calendar and TasksHelp Sr. Channel Manager with .com functionsRequired Skills and Abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeStrong analytical, organizational and project management skillsMotivated and independent self-starter that is able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordinglyPossesses a positive customer-centric attitudeDetail orientedPreferred Bachelors degree1-2 years related experience
