Eureka Ergonomic is seeking a dynamic and creative Interior Designer to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing all areas of warehouse, office, and staging designs for displays and content. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to render 3D and concept plans using digital assets and tools, and will be known for their outgoing personality and innovative design approach. They should be willing to travel up to 30% and have the expertise to dress a room with our products, highlighting their key attributes in alignment with our brand and current market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Planning:Oversee and manage the design and layout of warehouse, office, and staging areas for product displays and content.Create detailed 3D renderings and concept plans using advanced digital design tools and software.Develop and execute creative design solutions that effectively showcase our products and align with our brand identity and market trends.

Product Presentation:Design, our showroom, Dress rooms and staging areas with Eureka Ergonomic products, highlighting their features and benefits in a visually compelling manner.Ensure that product displays effectively communicate the brand's key attributes and appeal to target customers.Keep abreast of design trends and incorporate them into product displays to maintain relevance and attractiveness.

Project Management:Coordinate with various departments to ensure that design projects meet company standards and deadlines.Manage multiple design projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and timeliness.Conducted site Inspections for all showrooms and oversaw installations to ensure design accuracy and high standards.

Collaboration and Communication:Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive and effective branding across all design projects.Work closely with the sales team to understand product features and customer preferences, integrating these insights into design plans.Communicate design concepts and project updates effectively to stakeholders and team members.

Travel and Representation:Travel up to 30% of the time for site assessments, installations, and design consultations.Represent Eureka Ergonomic at trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events as required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.Proven experience in interior design with a strong portfolio of previous work.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar.Strong skills in 3D rendering and digital concept planning.An outgoing and creative personality with excellent project management and organizational skills.Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.A keen eye for detail, a passion for design trends, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong Social Media PresenceVerifiable portfolioBenefits:

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
