Content Developer

to join their dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, either as a teacher or through extensive marketing to the education sector, and will possess 5-10 years of relevant experience. This role is critical in crafting compelling blogs, email content, advertorials, and lead generation content that resonates with administrators, ministries of education, teachers, and other educators.Key Responsibilities:Execute a pre-defined content strategy that aligns with their mission and marketing goalsAttend 8am-10am EST time meetingsWrite engaging, informative, and high-quality long-form content, including blogs, advertorials, white papers, email content, lead generation content and more.Collaborate with the marketing team to create content that drives lead generation and nurtures prospects through the marketing and sales funnel.Conduct thorough research on educational trends, challenges, and opportunities to inform content creation.Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and aligns with brand voice and guidelines.Analyze content performance metrics and use insights to improve future content efforts.Stay up-to-date with industry developments and incorporate relevant topics into content planning.

Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Education, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.5-10 years of experience in content creation, with a focus on long-form content such as blogs, advertorials and lead generation.Strong background in education, either through direct teaching experience or marketing to the education sector.Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.Proficiency in SEO best practices and content management systems.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong research skills and the ability to translate complex topics into accessible content.Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail.

Preferred Qualifications:Experience with lead generation content and strategies.Familiarity with educational technology and hands-on learning solutions.Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45.00 to $50.00/hr.
