POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is all about relationships and connections. Developing and maintaining relationships with people, both internal and external customers. Making a connection with a person during a very difficult time in their life and helping make that time a little easier. The Marketing Liaison has an outgoing personality and superior customer service skills that stand out among their peers.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintain effective markets for facility services by developing and sustaining referral relationshipsCoordinate external marketing of facilities within the community through health providers and organizationsDevelop strategies to maximize admissions of residents in accordance with facility and regional sales planEvaluate effectiveness and cost benefit of marketing tacticsMake recommendations to alter strategies, and develop marketing tools for facility or district within their budget constraintsParticipate in weekly sales team meetings, reporting regularly on referral development and progress on targets and reviews census management practice guidelines, analyzes trends, and acts to avert deterioration of market shareQUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Must have at least 1-3 years of experience in health care, long-term care industry, or insurance sales/marketing & 1+ years of experience with the proposal development processA bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is preferredPublic relations experience is preferredMust have strong technical writing skills and be familiar with medical terminologyMust have superior presentation skills (both 1-on-1 and in a group setting), and must be proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)BENEFITS:
