The company is fast-paced, exciting and has grown to several stores across southern California. JP & AP Enterprises LLC is looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to help us in our overall marketing efforts. You will be an integral part of the development and coordination of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion. Your responsibilities will include: Manage website listings and web pages, ensuring accurate product description, pricing, and availability. Manage all content posted in the social media networks, such as Facebook, Instagram , TikTok and YouTube. Create and update digital content for new product listings, campaigns, and promotions. Stay up to date with current digital marketing trends and innovations in the field. Optimize website content for SEO and user experience. Generate engaging blog content related to the company's products, industry trends, and customer interests. Assist in planning and executing email and SMS marketing campaigns, including drafting compelling content and creating visually appealing templates. Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to optimize future marketing initiatives. Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and maintain an updated customer database. Respond to customer's emails and review in a timely and professional manner, addressing their queries, concerns, and negative comments about the company or products. Assist customers with returns, exchanges, and other related inquiries. Maintain knowledge of products and services. Liaison with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns. Support the company's teams of sponsored athletes and partners in promotional events. Prospect partnerships with schools, recreational centers, and local churches. Manage the advertisement budget for advertising costs with Facebook, Google and Yelp. Negotiate sales processing fees with partnering systems, such as Square, Doordash, UberEats and Grubhub. Present marketing strategies at monthly meetings for the company's management team and the franchisees' teams. Conduct market research to identify potential domestic and international suppliers. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field and at least 12 months of experience. HOURS: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday WORKSITE: 1301 E.
