UX Designer III
Location: Remote
Develop visual designs and user interfaces for native mobile experiences based on user research and business requirements
Incorporate our company's branding and platform standards into UX design
Extend visual design systems and patterns into native mobile, including layouts, grids, photography, iconography, UI elements, and others
Articulate UX concepts clearly, communicating effectively with internal leaders and partners
Connect UX recommendations to larger global strategy, leveraging design thinking towards business outcomes
Collaborate with design research in uncovering and incorporating user needs into design requirements
Work with project managers and business analysts to follow project timelines and provide design deliverables
Support developer hand-offs, including performing design QA
Skills:
Strong Figma understanding including components, shared libraries, auto-layout, and prototyping (experience with variables is a plus) Native mobile design requirements (both iOS and Android, but also non-OS-specific) Healthcare design, for both patients and for clinicians HIPAA and patient data privacy Design systems and branding Displaying and managing data (tables and grids, graphs and charts) Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines, including WCAG and ADA, for mobile devices Designing for behavior change is a plus
Education:
A Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university in design, graphic design, visual communications, industrial design or design strategy. Potentially open to candidates with other degrees. Minimum 2 years of design work experience in visual design for mobile products within brand guidelines. #DICE cschulz@c4techservices.com
