Analyst serving the Marketing Team with responsibility for managing the Digital Marketing Measurement system.

Responsibilities/Essential Functions

Manage and analyze digital data from various sources related to marketing, web, social, email, podcast, and broadcast channels.Own relationships with assigned third-party solutions and make decisions based on their performance.Develop detailed, quantitative analysis and visualizations while delivering meaningful insights into business performance for marketing, social, and other digital campaigns, as well as corporate sponsorship commitments.Collaborate with digital channel owners to optimize digital campaigns and measurement strategies.Develop insights related to existing and untapped monetization opportunities across our digital platforms.Remain adaptive to market changes and stay up to date on digital marketing trends, technologies, and approaches to consult stakeholders on how to optimize future campaign performance.Document processes and procedures and best practices.Provide training and daily support services on our digital marketing measurement platform.Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

Formal Education & Certification

Bachelor's degree in marketing, statistics, computer science, or a related field preferred, not required.Google Analytics certification preferred, not required.Tableau Analyst or Microsoft Power BI certification preferred, not required.Knowledge & Experience

2-5 years of relevant experience as a Digital Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or similar role.Proficiency in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, as well as working with social media analytics such as Meta properties, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.Proficiency with Data Visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI). Tableau preferred, not required.Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.Portfolio of work demonstrating required experience listed above.Personal Attributes

Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with various departments.Highly motivated, resourceful, and self-directed with the ability to deliver under pressure.Ability to adapt to evolving digital trends and technologies.Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills.Consultative mindset with a focus on customer service.Strong documentation skills.Work Conditions
