ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Areas of Focus:
Marketing campaigns: Coordinating marketing tasks, such as events, list management, and email marketingCorporate branding: Assisting with copywriting, artwork, and web workflow for marketing communicationsSocial media: Champion our LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and blogging effortsMarket research: Gathering information about consumer needs and trendsMarketing strategy: Planning, testing, and implementing new marketing strategiesCommunication: Interacting with a variety of people, including staff, management, vendors, media, and customersSales: Pursuing digital sales leads, capturing them, and communicating with business development managers to identify qualified leadsReporting: Monitoring and reporting lead conversions and leads reportingCRM system: Manage all communication through the CRM (Hubspot) for continuity and accountability
Work closely with key stakeholders, including senior leadership subject matter experts, digital marketing, business development and vendor partners to create compelling and targeted contentWork with leadership to understand services, solutions, and market demographic to develop our value proposition and market position and develop activation planProactively seek channels of referral and organic growth
Cultivate a living list of potential clientsResearch and entry into the best human resources recognition awards
Performs other related activities as assignedQUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business preferred or relevant work and/or military experienceOne to two years of related experience in sales and marketing or related fieldEager to market a service-related organizationPassionate about content and messagingDesirous to learn and to experiment with marketing plans and strategiesExperience with social media audience growth and content consistencyWilling to research and develop marketing plansStrong organizational, written and verbal communication skills
