About Us

MC² is a professional consulting engineering firm specializing in the fields of Geotechnical Engineering, Geo-Environmental, Construction Materials Testing and Inspection and Pavement Design and Management with offices in Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina. Our clients include DOT's, municipalities, state agencies and large multi-national engineering firms. We are retained by our clients to provide innovative solutions to complex subsurface issues to support the design of heavy civil infrastructure projects in the Transportation, Water/Wastewater, Tunneling, Dams and Aviation sectors, as well as provide cost-effective solutions for structures, commercial developments, and educational institutions. MC² has experienced growth year-over-year for the last several years and our current in-house projects and backlog show the trend will continue.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at our Kennesaw, Georgia office.

Key Responsibilities/Requirements

:Deeply understands the market, able to identify and create opportunities for growth collaborating across the organizationPrepare and organize responses to RFPs on timeAssist in acquisition, analysis and utilization of client leadsProfessionally represent the company through meetings with clientsOrganize and develop specific client-related programs and determining company presence at conventions, annual meetings, trade associations and seminarsMaintain a firm grasp of the competitive landscape and identify areas of competitive differentiationCraft a content strategy that addresses each part of the client’s journeyMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry benchmarks to identify new growth opportunities and stay ahead of the curveOptimize user acquisition campaigns to maximize ROI, effectively scale growth, and meet acquisition targetsQualifications

:

5-7 years of marketing experience, ideally in a consulting engineering environmentThought leader and problem solver: You can translate high-level goals into actionable plans and can drive an agenda that remains focused on achieving clear goalsProven track record of leading initiatives, setting strategic and operational metrics, hitting goals, and succeeding in a team environmentBachelor's degree in marketing or business with applicable verifiable experienceProfessional registrations are always a plusBenefits
