We currently have a leadership development opportunity for a focused, driven, and motivated Design Assistant. We provide top-notch training. Design Assistants are also mentored by our award-winning interior designers.

Primary Responsibilities:
Assist lead Interior Designer in the creation of presentation (product/ cover/ Color Selection, 3-D Floor Plans)Provide exceptional service using excellent listening skills and being responsive to client needs while providing solutions aligned with clients preferences and budgetary limitationsAttend in-home consultations with Sales Consultant and Interior DesignerAttend in-home design deliveries and final stagingWork in concert with Lead Designer on gallery displays and vignettes.
Requirements:
MUST HAVE A Bachelors in Interior DesignCompetitive spiritPassion for interior designCommunication and problem-solving skillsAbility to effectively communicate with sales staff as well as clients
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to see well enough to read printed materials, computer screens, and across the galleryMust be able to hear well enough to communicate with other employeesMust be able to sit, stand, and move around the gallery and occasionally walk brisklyMust be able to kneel to pick up items from the groundMust be able to move furniture lifting up to 50 poundsMust be able to type and hold a tablet
