Senior Manager, US Marketing

Position SummaryThe Senior Manager, US Marketing will be responsible for US Pompe patient marketing. They will primarily focus on branded promotional Pombiliti® (cipaglucosidase alfa-atga) + Opfolda® (miglustat) marketing along with unbranded marketing, digital marketing, patient meetings, and brand ambassador management. They will work in partnership with Medical, Patient Advocacy, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance and other functions to develop and execute the highest quality tactical output while implementing the US marketing strategy.

The Senior Manager, US Marketing role will require a high performer who is passionate, curious, innovative, forward-thinking, collaborative, and ethical.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and analyze marketing tactics in the United States based on the global brand strategy, leveraging both traditional marketing approaches and digital technologies.

Effectively implement the product strategy, positioning, and messaging.

Demonstrate and apply an understanding of the US Market Landscape to develop and launch patient campaigns.

Oversee agency relationships and budget tracking to ensure all aspects of marketing campaigns are on time, on budget, and aligned with patient messaging.

Identify and collaborate with patient ambassadors including, but not limited to training, filming, photoshoots, patient meetings, and live presentations.

Leverage current market research, identify gaps for further market research, and apply insights to tactical plans.

Coordinate and plan key conference and patient meeting attendance and activities. Ensure coordination and alignment with cross-functional teams when needed including Patient Education Liaisons and Patient Advocacy.

Liaise with Patient Advocacy Organizations

Ensure compliance with all Amicus policies and procedures, as well as all local regulatory and legal requirements. Ensure that appropriate systems and processes are in place to meet these requirements.

Drive a high-performance culture by fostering innovation, customer and patient focus, personal accountability, and commitment for results.

Have clear alignment with Amicus mission statement and culture including a passion for patients and the ability and desire to interact with multidisciplinary teams and foster a collaborative environment.

Requirements

Educational Requirements

· BS/BA required

Professional Work Experience Requirements

· Minimum of 5+ years of Product Marketing and related commercial function experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry

· Rare Disease experience highly desirable, with requirement of understanding of specialty therapeutics addressing significant unmet medical needs

Experience and Skills

· Experience of classic marketing discipline and digital marketing experience highly desirable.

· Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

· Experience with Veeva PromoMats is highly desirable
