The Infatuation, a part of Chase Dining, is a restaurant review and recommendation platform that operates both online (site, social, newsletter) and offline (events and experiences). Our Talent Booking & Partnerships team is constantly building relationships with celebrities, influencers, and public figures and finding opportunities for them to appear on our channels. This role will be instrumental in shaping our content strategy, producing talent programming, and ensuring seamless execution of talent appearances across editorial, social media, EEEEATSCON, and other events throughout the year.

As Senior Manager, Talent Programming & Content in The Infatuation, you will expand and coordinate our celebrity programming initiatives across the Infatuation. Your responsibilities will include implementing team organization, data management and tracking, and helping coordinate talent appearances in editorial content, social media, newsletters, festivals, and experiential. You will be qualified for this role if you've worked in talent management, booking or representation at a publisher, network, agency, or studio. You should be passionate about and knowledgeable of many aspects of culture - restaurants, film, music, sports, fashion - to name a few.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive talent programming strategy aligned with company goals and growth objectives.Manage all aspects of EEEEEATSCON headline talent programming, including scheduling, logistics, and communication.Collaborate with moderators to develop scripts and plan on-stage programming.Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and enhance existing programming.Lead the development of compelling content formats and narratives that resonate with our audience and drive engagement.Utilize audience feedback and performance metrics to continuously refine and optimize talent programming strategies.Support talent content communications by booking talent, coordinating interviews, and managing shoots.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Experiential, Editorial, Dining Strategy & Activation) to plan and execute events, ensuring seamless experiences for talent partners.Attend and oversee on-site management at multiple events throughout the year. Travel on a monthly basis.Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

4+ years of proven experience in talent programming, content creation, or related roles within media, entertainment, or digital platforms.Strong organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.Experience in organizing and executing high-profile events or festivals.Passion and broad knowledge of various cultural aspects including restaurants, film, music, sports, fashion, etc.Data-driven and detail-oriented, with proficiency in social metrics, industry trends, and analytics.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, adept at interacting with high-profile individuals and stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

Bachelor's degree in media, communications, marketing, or a related field.Familiarity and enthusiasm for The Infatuation's products and events.Experience in creating scripts and run-of-show for productions is a plus.
