Our pipeline is promising with several Phase 3 assets in the Oncology space.Role SummaryThe Senior Manager of Enterprise Communications will support the development and execution of strategic communications plans that drive the organization’s business objectives. This position will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing multi-channel communications activities that amplify the company's vision, mission, and strategic objectives. The position will report directly to the Director, Enterprise Communications. This role will partner across the organization with the Talent Acquisition Team, Senior Leadership Team members, and others.Primary Responsibilities:Support the development and implementation of strategic communication plans that drive the organization’s business objectives.Work with internal business partners and stakeholders at all levels of the company to shape stories and direct content to appropriate internal and external channels.Develop content for corporate social media channels ensuring alignment with Enterprise priorities and branding.Develop content for internal Intranet and support ongoing employee engagement initiatives.Work alongside the Communications Team to support a strong, positive news flow – including digital, print, social and awards.Support Executive Thought Leadership activities including developing social media content, award submissions, talking points, email communications, etc.Support communication activities when issues and/or crises arise.Track measurements to ensure effectiveness of all communications and appropriate ROI.Education and Required SkillsBachelor's degree in public relations, integrated marketing, communications, Journalism or equivalent.6+ years of relevant experience and proven track record of success in strategic communications.Experience developing social media content and calendars.Ability to draft high-quality content (awards, articles, submissions, etc.).Track record of working with individuals at all levels of an organization.Agency experience required; In-house experience preferred.Design software experience a plus.Self-motivated and have proven success routinely initiating and delivering projects successfully with minimal supervision.Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to get along well with diverse personalities.Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to prioritize and multitask.Excellent writing, editing, communication and presentation skills are required along with a demonstrated ability to create high impact strategic external communications.Collaborative partner with keen ability to effectively listen, distill information, think creatively and deliver communications that drive results.Travel and Location10% travel.Boston based position hybrid role 2-3 days in office.Servier’s CommitmentWe’re an organization, committed to modeling diversity, equity, and inclusion for the entire industry, and to maintaining an inclusive environment with equitable treatment for all.
