Join our team of employee-owners!Responsibilities:Assist with architectural documentation and develop 3D concepts.Lead design on small to medium projects.Plan and conduct tasks requiring independent judgment in design.Initiate space planning options and design direction.Prepare project specifications and presentations.Assist with material, color, and furniture selection.Lead tasks on projects and communicate with teams and clients.Mentor less experienced team members.Participate in quality plans and support business development.Be responsive to client budgets and assist in value engineering.Perform other assigned duties.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design and 8 years of experience.RA/RID qualification.Skills:Revit skills.Preferred Qualifications:NCIDQ/NCARB.Visa sponsorship not available.Locations: Kansas City, MO, Los Angeles, CA (Figueroa Street)California pay range: $100,502.72 - $178,632.44.Join HNTB to be part of shaping the future of mobility.
