About Us: Lovesticks by Eria Foods is a beloved local bakery known for our delicious and freshly baked goods since 30 years. We take pride in our artisanal approach, high-quality ingredients, and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a dynamic and friendly individual to join our team as a Marketing & Delivery Associate.
Job Summary: The Marketing & Delivery Associate will be responsible for delivering baked goods orders to our customers and marketing our brand to local grocery stores. This role is crucial in ensuring timely deliveries, building relationships with local grocery stores, and driving sales through targeted promotions and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivery of Baked Goods:
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of baked goods to customers.
Handle baked goods with care to maintain quality and presentation.
Communicate with customers regarding delivery times and any potential delays.
Marketing & Sales Initiatives:
Promote the bakery brand in local grocery stores and other potential outlets
Develop and maintain relationships with grocery store managers and staff to secure orders and shelf space.
Participate in targeted product promotions and initiatives to drive sales.
Coordinate and execute in-store tastings, demonstrations, and other promotional events.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers and grocery store personnel.
Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
Additional Responsibilities:
Assist with loading and unloading bakery products.
Keep accurate records of deliveries and marketing activities.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
Provide feedback to the bakery management team on customer preferences, market trends, and sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Own a reliable van or vehicle suitable for transporting baked goods (preferred).
Previous experience in a similar role or in sales/marketing (preferred).
Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for baked goods and the food industry.
