That’s why we’re looking for a Senior UX Researcher who will dig into the details and help define and deliver a world-class product experience for our customer base that grows the scale, effectiveness, and success of our business.What we need from you5+ years relevant user research experience working on digital experiences with a proven track record of generating actionable insights that resulted in measurable product improvements.Experience with a broad range of research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative, across the various stages of product development (pre and post product launch)Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, driving alignment around user needs and incorporating peers into the research process.Experience planning and driving cross-functional, brainstorming activities (such as design sprints or similar exercises)Experience conducting complex research at scale.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and can present effectively to executive audiences.Relentless focus on users and solving for their needs and wants. Have considerable experience translating user needs into AI strategiesNice to havesEnterprise software, commercial real estate, real estate technology or FinTech experienceDemonstrated success coaching and leading a team(s) in a rapidly growing and iterative culture.A passion for analytics, key metric definition and their tracking- to drive design decisions.Salary: $125,000- $220,000 annuallyThe expected base salary for this position ranges from $125,000 to $220,000 annually.

The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held.
