creative Senior Designer . In this role, you’ll work closely with copywriters and other creatives to develop fresh and captivating visuals that drive engagement and resonate with our audience. Your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously will be key to your success in this role.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate visually stunning designs that tell a compelling story.Collaborate with copywriters to produce cohesive and engaging marketing materials.Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards.Value innovation and always look for new ways to captivate and engage through visual design.Demonstrate a proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and provide creative solutions on your projects.Minimum Qualifications5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a B2B or tech environment.Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (PS, IL, ID) and other design software (Figma).Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work emphasizing digital work.Highly organized with excellent time management skills.Additional Preferred QualificationsExperience with HTML/CSS and familiarity with web design principles.Knowledge of UX/UI design and best practices.Ability to create motion graphics and animations is a strong plus.Our client offers competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet.
