Description
Do you have 2-3 years of Residential Property Management Experience?
This position is designed for an individual that has high energy as well as great multi-tasking, communication, and interpersonal skills. In this management role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining business and being the face of Brighton Cove and Glens Apartments!
Responsibilities:AP/ARRent collectionsInteracting with residentsDaily/weekly & monthly reportingOverseeing on-site contractorsMarketing and facilities managementLeasing of new apartments & lease renewalsSupervision of maintenance and administrative staffQualifications:
