The AT&T Lead Marketing Manager is foundational for short- and long-term marketing and strategic planning.

As part of our dynamic Audience Marketing and Planning organization, we are seeking Audience Strategy and Operations Lead to join our newly established Audience Center of Excellence.The Audience Strategy and Operations Lead will play a pivotal role in operationalizing AT&T's defined audience segments across our marketing campaigns.

This strategic position requires a blend of analytical prowess, programmatic advertising knowledge, and digital marketing expertise.

The successful candidate will ensure that AT&T's centralized audiences are effectively executed in key marketing initiatives and collaborating closely with our marketing technology team to recommend tools from a marketer's perspective.

This role will also be responsible to help maintain, and support consent growth and advance adoption of company supported tools. The Lead Marketing Manager will also partner with groups across the entire Marketing Growth Organization (MGO) – including Brand Strategy, Digital Meida, Go-to-Market Execution , Digital Customer Experience, as well as key external agency partners. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE AT&T LEAD MARKETING MANAGER INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: Audience Operationalization: Implement and manage the execution of AT&T's defined audience segments across various marketing channels, ensuring alignment with our broader marketing objectives.Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze and interpret large data sets to create detailed audience profiles, understanding user behavior, engagement metrics, and conversion data.Programmatic Advertising: Utilize knowledge of DSPs (Demand Side Platforms) and the broader programmatic advertising ecosystem to efficiently buy ad space, employing strategic thinking in selecting audience segments and setting bid strategies.Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans that align with AT&T's marketing goals, forecast campaign performance, and adjust strategies based on data insights.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with media agencies, direct marketing teams, digital cx platforms, and internal marketing partners to ensure cohesive audience targeting strategies.Marketing Technology Collaboration: Partner with the marketing technology team to recommend and evaluate tools that enhance audience targeting capabilities from a marketer's viewpoint.Compliance and Regulatory Understanding: Ensure all audience targeting strategies comply with relevant privacy laws and regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA.Creative and Technical Proficiency: Think creatively about audience engagement and possess a working knowledge of the technical aspects of digital marketing tools and platforms.Collaboration & Support: Serve as a key liaison and audience personalization subject matter expert (SME) between the Audience Marketing and Planning organization and other departments, ensuring alignment on audience-centric strategies and initiatives.QUALIFICATIONS – REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field. Proven experience in data analysis, programmatic advertising, and strategic planning. Certifications or advanced training in digital marketing, programmatic advertising, or data analysis.Strong understanding of DSP’s, SEO, content strategy, and digital marketing channels.Familiarity with web design and development principles to ensure optimal user experience.Knowledge of privacy laws and regulations affecting digital marketing.Team oriented individual with an ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional partner organizations. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to set and meet tight deadlines for multiple simultaneous projects – all while ensuring accuracy and consistency in deliverables. Outstanding written and oral communication skills Ability to articulate needs and influence changes in multiple external and internal groups, using data-driven analysis. Ability to create and design clear, concise presentations to share with senior leaders. Collaborative working style and strong listening skills, with an ability to incorporate multiple viewpoints into discussion and decision making. Ability to establish rapport with internal clients and partners, fostering credibility and positive working relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels. Proven ability to drive results. Must be able to operate a personal computer and wireless/mobile equipment. Proficient using Microsoft Office products, including Word, Power Point, Excel, Teams and Outlook. DESIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION Working knowledge of technology, telecommunications, or other related industries. Three or more years of agency experience highly preferred.Our Strategic Audience Development Lead Managers earn between $130,700- $196,100 of TSR.
