If you’re invigorated by our mission, values, and drive to change the world — we’d love to have you apply.About the team + role As the Brokerage Performance Media Lead, you’ll play a key role in establishing a new paid media team that’s meant to acquire active traders.You’ll work closely with teams across data science, martech, creative and finance to develop and execute a test roadmap in order to give us line of sight to scale.

Please connect with your recruiter for more information regarding our in-office philosophy and expectations.What you’ll doDevelop and implement a comprehensive performance media strategy tailored for our higher value brokerage audiencesBuild a paid media portfolio from scratch, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and goals.Create a robust testing roadmap for performance marketing, including multivariate testing and statistical analysis.Prioritize tests based on potential impact, feasibility, and alignment with business goals.Analyze and define our unit economics to ensure efficient and profitable performance marketing initiatives.Provide insights into the cost structure, revenue streams, and profitability metrics.Oversee a performance marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization of resources.Monitor and analyze budget performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet financial targets.Dive into the technical aspects of various performance marketing channels to identify and solve issues.Continuously optimize channel performance through detailed analysis and data-driven decision-making.Lead and mentor a small team responsible for channel management.Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.What you bring 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on data-driven strategies and multivariate testing.Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of multivariate testing and statistics.Proficiency in using data to drive decisions and optimize marketing strategies.Comprehensive understanding of business and unit economics.Ability to translate business goals into effective performance marketing strategies.In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, including search, social, display, and programmatic.Ability to troubleshoot and optimize campaigns through technical problem-solving.Proven experience in leading marketing budgets effectively.Strong financial acumen with the ability to track and optimize spending.Experience in building and leading an impactful team.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.Consistent track record of building and scaling paid media portfolios.What we offerMarket competitive and pay equity-focused compensation structure100% paid health insurance for employees with 90% coverage for dependentsAnnual lifestyle wallet for personal wellness, learning and development, and more!Lifetime maximum benefit for family forming and fertility benefitsDedicated mental health support for employees and eligible dependentsGenerous time away including company holidays, paid time off, sick time, parental leave, and more!Lively office environment with catered meals, fully stocked kitchens, and geo-specific commuter benefitsBase pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands.

The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones.

This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan.
