Job Description

The Senior Manager position is responsible for developing and implementing tactics that align with the strategic brand plan, primarily focusing on HCP marketing and nonpersonal promotional activities for AlloDerm Regenerative Tissue Matrix and Revolve Advanced Adipose System. This role involves evaluating the performance of these tactics to ensure their effectiveness in achieving the brand's goals, meeting our customer needs, and addressing market trends.

Develop tactics that align to the strategic brand plan primarily for HCP marketing and nonpersonal promotional activities and evaluate their performance.

Support and participate in the development of strategy and tactics for upcoming and ongoing product launches.

Conduct market research to gain customer insights and detect emerging market trends that inform brand planning.

Monitor competitive landscape and analyze all sources sales and marketing data to inform strategies and tactics with effective response messaging.

Manage external industry conferences and engage with external customers.

Collaborates with sales to ensure a high quality of sales support in terms of new product introductions, sales training programs, key surgeon/key account field visits and regular communication, both responsive as well as proactive.

Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute digital strategy, including website and social media.

Maintains up-to-date product and industry knowledge by regular review of the literature, co-traveling with field sales personnel, attending surgeries, society meetings, etc.

Qualifications

Required:

BA/BS Required, MBA Preferred

5-7+ years of marketing experience in the medical device industry

3-5 years of experience in leading independent projects.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Strong collaboration and team orientation.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing matrix partners.

Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively cross-functionally.

Strong presentation experience and proficient PowerPoint skills.

Strong analytics with excellent overall business acumen including budget planning and management.

Preferred:

Knowledge of marketing concepts within strategic planning process.

Demonstrated understanding of principles of market research to draw valid conclusions.

Demonstrated ability to operate quickly and decisively in a fast-paced, matrixed, and demanding environment.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.​
