Paramount is an independently operating business unit of F. Schumacher & Co., functioning as a growth-stage startup with the resources of an established organization and serving both direct-to-consumer and bulk / volume channels. This is an exciting and highly visible position that plays an important role in shaping, supporting, and monitoring the future of Schumacher's manufacturing operation.

About the Role: Paramount Prints is looking for a studio lead. The right person for this role is passionate about managing e-commerce photo shoots from brief to post/delivery. You enjoy seeing projects through to completion and enjoy the being the contact for day-to-day Production needs. You are meticulous in your planning skills, can juggle multiple priorities, and have impeccable organizational and time management skills that help you and those around you stay on task and on time with delivery. You are resourceful and comfortable collaborating with and navigating various teams and personalities exhibiting stellar interpersonal and communication skills at all levels. You also have a strong interest in interior design. You're also resourceful and collaborative with a sharp eye for detail, the ability to work well under deadlines, and the skills to problem solve challenges.

You Will:

Manage internal crews for still life ecommerce shootsWork closely with Merchandising and Creative teams to assess sample readiness for shoots, ensuring correct samples ahead of time, and supporting ecommerce setsCollaborating with asset and post production teams to ensure timely delivery of deliverables, setting and managing pre-production, production, and post-production timelines in collaboration with other teams, tracking and reconciling budget estimates and accruals, monitoring deadlines and site refreshes and adjusting shoot priorities as needed, consistently updating and maintaining the production planning system, and helping to maintain studio supplies and upkeep while ensure support for social and ad-hoc photo shoot needsHelp organize and maintain shot lists for photo and video shoots, ensuring they are accurate and match project requirementsAssist in reviewing incoming shot lists, combining requests based on guidelines like photo direction, timelines, and budgetsExecute the delivery activities for assigned projects, including releasing assets to internal teams or cross-functional partners, uploading assets to DAM, archiving assets delivered by agencies, and collecting and archiving post-production final assetsAssist in planning and executing photo shoots, participating in meetings, and ensuring clear communication among teamsAct as team nucleus to gather and distribute project information to team members to maintain a smooth and proactive workflowYou have/are:

Bachelor's Degree preferred2+ years of previous photo production background preferred; exposure to interior design, fashion and/or merchandising highly desirableProficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); comfortable with tools in an online environmentStrong editorial judgment and visual senseExcellent interpersonal communication skillsKnowledge of workflow management processes and keen prioritization skillsHighly organized; Detail Oriented; Resourceful; Adaptable; ProactiveCreative problem-solver with "can-do" attitudeAbility to work efficiently on multiple projects, under pressure and meet deadlinesWorks well independently and in team situationsDemonstrated ability to communicate with, and collect information from colleaguesWorking knowledge of design processes and requirementsAbout FSCO: Our Creative Operations & Studio team brings our brand campaigns and imagery to life.
