Position Overview: As a Fulfillment Manager at Service Hero Digital Marketing, you will oversee the delivery of marketing services to our clients. You will ensure that all campaigns are executed efficiently, meet quality standards, and are delivered on time. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage the fulfillment process for digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content creation.Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and meet the company’s quality standards.Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, and creative) to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns to ensure client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.Manage client communications regarding campaign progress, deliverables, and any issues that arise.Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and quality of service delivery.Train and mentor team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or at least in the Marketing Industry for 2+ years.Proven experience in a fulfillment or project management role, preferably within a digital marketing environment.Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Proficiency in project management software and tools.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A collaborative and creative work environment.The chance to work with a talented and passionate team.
