We’re growing our offerings, building on the launch of our successful streaming platform ViX.As an effective communicator based in New York, the Vice President, Multimedia Sales provides strategic, consultative direction to TelevisaUnivision clients in various TelevisaUnivision platforms.

Comprehensively develop and execute the company’s short and long term sales strategy to deliver outsized market results in accordance with TelevisaUnivision’s multimedia revenue goals.

The role will manage Account Executives and support staff in a larger multiplatform sales strategy.The VP, Multimedia Sales will play a critical role within our fast-paced advertising sales team, with a focus on driving revenue.

They must have experience in multi-platform sales including Audience/Advanced TV, Streaming/CTV, Social, Digital and Linear.

This role will be responsible for maintaining and growing existing accounts while simultaneously cultivating and growing new client relationships, driving complex deals, and creating new business opportunities.This is a great career opportunity for a motivated and dynamic individual who has extensive client and agency relationships.YOUR DAY-DAY:Cultivate relationships and service new and existing key agencies/accounts to increase revenueResponsible for delivering sales targets on a quarterly and annual basis as provided by the EVP of Multimedia salesBest in class external communications (client/agency)Make decisions on assigned agencies/brands that align with the business needsSolution based selling by matching client needs and key TelevisaUnivision properties and strategic initiativesEvaluate, plan and present any/all new opportunities to help determine viability for business/revenue potentialRepresent TelevisaUnivision Portfolio in relationships and dealsHelp lead negotiations internally and externally as necessaryOngoing account management for existing clients, to ensure continued agency /customer satisfactionExecute sales strategy across TelevisaUnivision platforms to maximize revenueManage the performance of Multimedia Account Executives and the sales support team, as well as develop the competencies of direct reportsWork with account executives, marketing, and pricing & planning teams to develop integrated packages and programs for RFPs and proactive client pitchesNegotiating and working with senior managers, account executives, as well as clients and agency contactsEnsures seamless execution with content teams, as well as events and league partners, ensuring successful implementations for all buys and renewals of all business YOU HAVE:Bachelor’s degree or extensive, directly related experience may be considered in lieu of degree10+ years sales/sales management experience required2+ years of product knowledge in multi-platform sales including Streaming/CTV; Audience/Advanced TV; Digital, and LinearDynamic personality with ability to work well with others in a team environmentEffective relationships within the ad sales business communityProficiency in Microsoft Office suite programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookFluency in both English and Spanish desired, but not requiredPrior management/team leadership experience, preferredExcellent executive-level presentation, leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as influencing skillsStrong listening/problem solving, eagerness to learn/implement, analytical capabilities and collaboration skillsELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:Must be willing to work from office in New York, NYEmployment/education will be verifiedApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a fulltime basisTime flexibility required to interact with people in different geographical locations, and work extended hours, sometimes on short notice due to project deadlinesMust be willing to attend after-hour client eventsAbility to travel nationwide if necessary to attend client meetings, conferences, seminars and industry eventsExact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
