Product Designer

We're looking for a Product Designer to help us improve our digital platforms for patients and staff. You will be working to define and build products that have a positive impact on the health and well being of our patients.This position will have you work onsite in Hillcrest, San Diego, including some travel to locations within San Diego County, with the flexibility to work remotely depending on your assignments.What you'll be doing:Plan and conduct user research in clinics across San Diego, along with research in other departments to improve internal tools.Take charge of the entire UX design process, including conducting research, understanding user needs and problems, and designing effective solutions.Create key UX deliverables like user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.Collaborate closely with fellow designers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders across the company.Transform research findings into actionable product improvements and solutions.Contribute to building a process for high quality user research and design.Who you are:You bring experience in UX research and design.You're passionate about enhancing the user experience of digital products.You're knowledgeable in user experience best practices, UI industry standards for interface design, and user testing methodologies.You're a confident communicator who pushes for the needs of users and stakeholders.You're all-in on effective communication and teamwork. We're dedicated to building a collaborative and diverse team.You're comfortable navigating uncertainty and adapting your methodology to fit the problem space.You're able to plan your own work across concurrent projects.Nice to have, but not required:Experience with building and maintaining a design system.
