As a Campaign Marketing Manager, you will lead efforts to design, manage, and evaluate strategic marketing campaigns that promote brand, capabilities, and products that align with Macquarie Asset Management strategic business goals. You will build out campaign plans utilizing an effective mix of marketing channels and tactics such as advertising, content and collateral, email marketing, social media, webcasts, public relations, podcasts, and video. Additionally, you will inspire creativity and drive success at every step, overseeing the coordination of stakeholders and resources cross-departmentally, to ensure on-time delivery of industry-leading digital marketing experiences.

Salary range for this position: $90,000 - $120,000 per year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive.

Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or Advertising, plus 5-8 years of related work experience managing projects and marketing campaigns within a corporate marketing department or direct and digital agency Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and accustomed to working with a team, both in-person and virtually Exceptional program management skills, detail-oriented, and skilled at identifying then developing process improvements Ability to function as a leader and subject-matter expert on digital marketing strategies and tactics and possess a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, and an ability to inspire confidence of senior stakeholders Experience with Workfront, JIRA, or other workflow/project management software. #LI-Hybrid #LI-EF1
