Responsibilities include managing social media, planning campaigns, driving e-commerce traffic, and fostering collaborations. Key goals: increase Instagram followers, organic traffic, and email marketing revenue. Ideal candidates are data-driven, analytical, and creative. Join us to elevate Weeday's digital impact.This is a full-time position based in our headquarters in Downtown LA, with a hybrid work schedule of 3-4 office days per week.Key Responsibilities:Assist in launching effective digital marketing campaigns across paid ads, social media, email, and affiliate marketing, contributing ideas and managing the process from concept to execution.Help strategically plan marketing strategies that adapt to changing inventory positions and brand initiatives.Communicate with all parties involved to execute campaigns, plan postings, and ensure timely updates.Distribute content across all digital channels based on the calendar and manage social media to engage with followers and partners.Keep up with digital trends in the cannabis industry, implementing effective strategies like viral social media content.Conduct research and analysis of market trends, collected data, and customer feedback, while maintaining relationships with collaborators (influencers, brands, artists).Assist in managing company website content and SEO strategies, including the creation of copy, photography, and video, and coordinate updates with the Operations team.Create and manage blog and email content to support marketing efforts.QualificationsProven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns ( Fresh grads eager to grow with strong academic backgrounds are also welcome)Knowledge and interest in cannabis industryProficiency in digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, and influencer partnershipsGreat organizational skillsStrong analytical and data-driven mindsetExperience with market research and competitor analysisComfort and adaptability to work individually, as well as in team settingsStrong proficiency in Google Workspace & Adobe suitesComfort with working in a fast-paced environmentBenefitsContractor to EmployeeEmployees receive Health InsuranceEmployee discountGrowth opportunities
