As a marketing operations associate, you will oversee the organization and distribution of marketing assets and data (like photography, video, symbols, graphics, documents, as well as the product information that powers rendering and order management tools) and deliver them to internal users or business partners, ensuring that you meet client specifications and deadlines
Essential Job Functions:Collect, manage, and upload resources for website product catalog, literature, specifications documents, etc.Collect, organize, and oversee symbol libraries for e-spec and rendering tools (REVIT, CET Designer, KITS Collaborator).Maintain master data sheets that feed price list, catalog, and technical specifications.Keep up to date on product details/specifications to ensure accurate representation of our line within collateral (catalog, price lists, tech data), rendering tools (CET, KITS), manufacturing/order software (CORE, QAD)Work directly with internal and external developers to provide content (data, symbols), direction, and testing of rendering and configuration tools (CET, REVIT, CAD, KITS).Test product configuration tools (CET, CIL (Project Matrix), REVIT, CAD, KITS) for accuracy and consistency.Manage service requests related to configuration tools and work with developer teams to find fixes.Other duties include various administration tasks and providing regular project updates as needed.
Required skills and qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word) is required.Experience with REVIT, AutoCAD and/or Configura CET Designer programs is valued.Knowledge of product specification and/or furniture configuration is helpful.You must understand and be able to maintain correct file naming conventions and folder structure protocols.Strong attention to detail is critical for this position, and you should be able to multitask, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to create positive working relationships with a team.
