DEFY IT!Job Description:Infinity MedSpa and Wellness is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Event Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, in person role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies and managing a variety of events to promote our services and enhance our brand presence. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a passion for aesthetics and wellness, and a keen eye for detail.Key Responsibilities:Social Media Management:Develop and manage engaging content for all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, and Threads.Create eye-catching graphics and reels.Post before and after photos.Organize and manage giveaways and contests.Collaborate with influencers to enhance brand visibility.Create and manage Facebook events.Run paid ads for InsMarketing Materials:Design and create marketing materials using Canva, ensuring alignment with brand standards and promotional goals.Website Management:Manage and update the company website using Squarespace.Optimize website content for SEO to increase online visibility and search rankings.Google Business Profiles:Maintain and optimize Google Business Profiles to enhance local search visibility and engagement.Meta Business Suite:Utilize Meta Business Suite to manage and analyze social media performance across Facebook and Instagram.Run social media ads through Meta Ads.Email Marketing:Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using Constant Contact.Create compelling email content to engage and inform our subscriber base.Event Management:Plan and execute events, including logistics coordination and onsite management.Capture before and after photos with a professional camera, ensuring high-quality images.Upload photos to the appropriate software for marketing and promotional use.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.Proficiency with Canva for graphic design and Squarespace for website management.Strong understanding of SEO principles and Google Business Profiles.Experience with Meta Business Suite and email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact.Excellent organizational and project management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Passion for the aesthetics and wellness industry.Preferred Skills:Experience with photography, particularly in capturing before and after photos.Familiarity with event planning and execution.Knowledge of current trends in social media and digital marketing.How to Apply:
