We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Specialist to help expand our market presence and increase our sales channels.

The Sales and Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in developing and executing our sales and marketing strategy. This position requires a proactive individual who is passionate about organic products and has experience in various sales channels, including local markets, online sales, wholesale, and educational events. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in building our brand, expanding our customer base, and enhancing our market visibility.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the food or organic products industry.

Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies.

Experience with social media marketing and content creation.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Passion for organic and sustainable products with a deep understanding of the market.

Knowledge of local markets, fairs, and health food store sales strategies.

Proficiency in using marketing tools and analytics software.

Ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities in local markets, fairs, online platforms, and wholesale to retailers.

Marketing Skills:

Proficient in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels.

Digital Marketing:

Experience with digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.

Customer Relationship Management:

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, retailers, and other stakeholders.

Strong analytical skills to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
