Job Purpose: Improves sales and customer retention through professional customer contact and follow up, active new business marketing and ongoing positive customer and community interactions. Duties: * Maintains sales results by tracking sales, ongoing training and improvement, meets daily activity goals, identifies trends and communicates change to team members and consumers. * Prepares marketing proposals and event strategies with the agency team. * Maintains sales quality results by monitoring quality checks and adherence to call and documentation standards. * Enters data and follow up tasks quickly and efficiently to meet deadlines. * Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. Skills/Qualifications: Written Communication, Verbal Communication, Promotions, Positioning, Telephone Customer Service, Quality Focus, Informing Others, Analyzing Information , Financial Skills, Confidential Communication and Generative AI interest or experience. Insurance licensing required and provided by employer.
