GENERAL FUNCTION

Support the leading of the regional strategy of the EL Frames Portfolio on a dedicated category (Luxury - Premium brands) being relevant for corporate and local marketing teams by exploiting at best each single brand cross channel while ensuring a consistent brand portfolio & category approach avoiding overlaps to maximize the value contribution to the Americas growth.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the Sr. Manager in the development and implementation of the full brand category strategic roadmap in the AMERICAS region, in line with the Global Portfolio Roadmap & Brand strategies, providing clear guidelines to the AMERICAS Market on local execution.3yplan strategy and portfolio guidelines, brand priorities assessment

Collaborate in the Business Development and Business Management projects in the Region,

Assist the Sr. Manager in priorities setting and monitoring the adequate resource allocation to achieve yearly budget targets.Cross Brand and cross functional projects /Global initiatives/ key portfolio projects: oversee portfolio projects in the region, with follow ups and alignment with corporate.Analyze the market to prepare for medium- & long-term ambitions, scouting for future growth engineSupport on new licenses business plan: analyzing the new brand potential in the market, organizing brand immersions and product training, tracking results.Ensure tracking & reporting comments on portfolio business performances for all AMERICAS markets to corporate brand teams, license QBR support with regional insights.Distribution analysis and monitoring (customer segmentation, contractual discounts control)Pricing analysis: derivation and portfolio harmonizationSecond market monitoring

Budget and Marketing plans:

Coordinate local brand activities and projects connecting corporate & local stakeholders.Support in global initiatives cascade and coordination at local level (i.e. Brand elevation, distribution rationalization etc.)Assist in yearly budget preparation to set the right marketing calendar.Local brand plan coordination (pitchback process_ local vs corporate teams)Work on ad-hoc activities to support recovery plans when needed.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree5+ years in a marketing, merchandising, business analytics or sales roleEntrepreneurial, problem solver, self-driven, able to work in high-complexity contexts with open minded and proactive attitude.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization; strong presentation skillsStrong computer skills, Excel, PowerPointStrong project management skills; demonstrated initiative to deliver results in a self-directed environment; initiates process improvementsExcellent time management and organization skillsDemonstrated analytical and mathematical skills; accuracy with regard to numbers and data and ability to extract solutions from available dataDemonstrate solid understanding of commercial and sales strategy

Pay Range: 102,101.20-154,132.40

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
