Director, Software Engineering

to join our Beeswax team to help grow and lead the team in the next evolution of our platform.

In this role you will inherit existing teams and pair them with newly built teams to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Beeswax engineering department.Primary Duties

The Director, Software Engineering must successfully work with team members located in multiple remote locations and time zones. Working conditions agree with conditions described within FreeWheel’s company handbook unless explicitly noted in this document.Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

10+ years related experience.Ad Tech experience.Real time bidding, DSP experience is a huge plus.A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience guiding teams in building large-scale, distributed, cloud-based applications.Deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle with experience driving meaningful improvements.Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Git, and MS Office products.DisclaimerThis information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees in this role. Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work.

Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
