the most challenging questions that companies are facing including tracking financials, predicting gas usage, using AI for tracking images of pipes/ and construction work, etc.
Team and culture are strong, they want people on site 3 days a week.
There is a huge demand on the edge team, to deliver projects, as this team has been building process and strategy the last two years.

Job Description
The Data team is a business team, directly aligned to add value to data related projects supporting the business needs. Requests come in from all business groups including marketing, construction mgmt, finance, user experience and more etc.
The team is expanding, and supporting on demand and projects in pipeline they need to expand their team. In this scenario the User Experience Team has asked them to build a Chat bot by the end of the year. A new team of three resources is being brought in to complete this work, as well as our existing Data Scientist on the team.
The Team is seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our dedicated AI team. This individual will be responsible for designing intuitive,
visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to transform complex requirements into seamless user experiences.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with the AI team, product managers, and developers to understand project requirements, user needs, and
business goals.
• User Research: Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and understand user behaviors and pain points.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• UI Design: Design high-fidelity user interfaces using design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD, ensuring a consistent and engaging visual style.
• User Testing: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and improve designs.
• Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all POC projects.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs and maintain the integrity of the user experience.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure our designs are cutting-edge and competitive.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with a focus on designing for AI applications or the energy sector.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in user-centered design, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design.
Skills:
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
Strong visual design skills with attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bonus:
o Experience in the energy sector or with AI applications.
o Familiarity with front-end development technologies (Angular, React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
