Creative Director

you will:Spearhead and manage content strategy for both small and large projects, harnessing brand design, copy, art, and digital technologyLead and review the work of the creative teams for all web, print, and digital marketing collateralDevelop internal marketing campaigns that translate objectives across business units into clear and motivating creative strategiesAnalyze brand tracking, market trends, and the competitor landscapeMeet budget requirements by forecasting and managing expensesSupervise a cross-functional team of creative designers, copywriters, social-media experts, photographers/videographers, and project managers in the strategic development of messaging and deliverablesPrioritize work and resources across engagements, based on short- and long-term needs, and develop schedules by collaborating with designers, copywriters, and video productionConduct brainstorming sessions with creative team, maintaining strategic thinking to develop innovative and actionable initiatives in a fiscally responsible mannerReview and approve artwork and copy developed by the team, ensuring that deliverables address marketing goals and challenges effectivelyProduce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print materials and digital experiences for sophisticated audiencesSuccessful
