Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025Travel %: up to 25%Pay: $113,000 - $195,500What you will doThe Senior Marketing Manager, Equity and Communications - Baby Essential Health is responsible for delegating tactical tasks, managing the execution of annual communications and public relations plans, developing advertising plans, ensuring successful event planning, and directing the supervision of marketing coordinators and specialists:Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute marketing strategies for Baby Essential Health products in alignment with the company's equity and communications goals.Lead a team of marketing professionals to ensure successful implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.Identify and pursue new opportunities for growth and expansion in the Baby Essential Health market.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.Collaborate with Media Relations Manager to determine editorial path for company's story in local and regional publications.Identify appropriate advertising vehicles and messages to support marketing plan and work with management to convey company needs and image.Ensure successful event planning and management to showcase products, cultivate relationships, and create awareness.Assign and review customer and competitor analyses to identify product preferences, potentials, sales coverage, market size, penetration, marketing practices, and trends.Provide tactical support and conduct in-depth research for brands in development, seeking to identify opportunities with regional partners, customers, and alliances.Manage key relationships with agencies and suppliers in developing product concept designs and mockups for market research and management presentations; plan and monitor execution of market research studies.Explore opportunities and prepare recommendations for global branding, positioning, and pricing strategies that deliver value.Analyze and interpret complex market access data and feasibility research.Implement and maintain key marketing vehicles, including eBusiness strategy, promotional media, services, forecasting, pricing, and business plans.What we are looking forRequired QualificationsMinimum of 8 years marketing experience within a CPG/ consumer healthcare company or agency experience is required.Minimum of 7 years of digital media/marketing experience (strategic and execution level) is required.A minimum of a Bachelor's DegreeProven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities, be adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity.Ability to align function strategy and priorities with overall organizational strategy and direction is required.Ability to influence and manage stakeholders to the senior most levels of a large, matrix organization is required.Outstanding and clear communication skills; an outstanding presenter, and able to communicate complex ideas simply in both verbal and written communications are required.Proven track-record leading large teams through a transformation and elevating capabilities are requiredDesired QualificationsMBA preferred.Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to form quick relationshipsConsultative skill-set, confident, insightful, with the ability to quickly identify where he/she can add value is necessary.Self-starter, resilient, with a high achievement drive, persistent in achieving goals and intrinsically motivated.Experience with media communications planning, CRM, direct marketing, and integrated communications are preferred.Strong track record of leadership in high performance consumer packaged goods environment preferred.Agile and able to change behavior across range of situations, strong change management capabilitiesAbility to think creatively and strategically.Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams.What's in it for...Equal Opportunity Employer - minorities/females/veterans/individuals with disabilities/sexual orientation/gender identity
