The award-winning in-house agency team for PepsiCo Foods, affectionately called D3, is hiring again! We are growing rapidly with a dynamic team that includes Creative, Account Service, Strategy, Ops, Production, Social, Digital, Cause, and Partnership experts providing full-service creative agency work for the PepsiCo Foods North American portfolio.

The D3 team is a full-service creative agency that supports the PepsiCo Foods North America business, working on iconic brands like Lays, Doritos, Tostitos, Smartfood, Capn Crunch and Quaker (to name just a few!).

We are currently on the lookout for 2 highly conceptual, high-performing Art Directors to join the D3 fold. Here, art directors are charged with developing visual identities, refining esthetics, exploring design languages, and crafting layouts across a wide variety of projects (including print, web, mobile, video, and social media), while working closely with their creative, account, strategy, and social teams. And at D3, Art Directors arent wrists\"; They brainstorm ideas, create concepts, and work alongside their copywriter partners to develop the messaging for everything from brand equity campaigns to big buzzworthy stunts. And they also are charged with helping our best-in-class social team maintain their killer stream of content in support of a multitude of brands with a wide variety of targets. We are hiring two Art Director positions. The brands these positions will cover are as follows:\ * Capn Crunch, Quaker Masterbrand, Quaker Chewy, Life Cereal, Pearl Milling Company, Cheetos Macn Cheese, Rice-A-Roni, Bare, HiLo, and Heath Warrior\ * Portfolio of brand campaigns, Fritos, Stacys, Funyuns, Ruffles, Rold Gold, Cracker Jack, Doritos and Cheetos for retail and Variety Pack\ * Responsibilities\ * Interpret creative briefs to develop and produce creative concepts through execution on assigned brands\ * Research and understand the client\'s needs and target audiences, through online searches, reviews of existing research, interviews with subject matter experts, and in-person meetings\ * Craft original looks and designs across a range of media\ * Work within established brand guidelines to create new and fresh designs for existing brands\ * Collaborate with a team of account managers and creative staff from concept development to delivery of final product\ * Present concepts and final deliverables to internal team, and to client representative as needed, and participate in client pitches on occasion\ * Revise designs based on internal and client feedback/direction\ * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of communication and industry trends

The people who are qualified for the L7 Art Director position should have these qualifications:\ * They have a portfoli - The person we hire for this position will have a website with their work. Were happy to look at as many of these as you can gather. By looking at their website, we can quickly tell if someone has the thinking were looking for. We can spend less than a minute looking at a portfolio and know if wed consider them as a candidate, so this will save you time in doing screenings with candidates who are not appropriate.\ * Theyve held the position of Art Director or Junior Art Director for 2+ years at an ad agency or in-house group that does social media content and TVC. Weve included a list of some agencies as examples below.

Compensation and Benefits:\ * The expected compensation range for this position is between \$66,300 - \$111,000 based on a full-time schedule.\ * Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.\ * Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually.\ * Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.\ * In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Dis
