The Opportunity:The Marketing and Communications Leader oversees all aspects of Marketing and Communications including market research, performance and growth marketing, digital marketing, customer acquisition, retention and growth, public relations and events, brand marketing and all internal and external brand and growth marketing and communication management.The Marketing and Communications Leader will balance data driven analysis with leading teams through high impact go to market strategy. Strategy includes internal and external brand awareness and curation, supporting the acquisition of distribution partnerships, business to business marketing strategy, digital presence and lead generation and other tasks that support HealthEZ's competitive position to ensure sustainable growth.What You'll Do:Refine and implement HealthEZ's marketing and communications strategy and act as a key partner to senior leaders at the company by proactively identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.Develop marketing budget with Chief Revenue Officer to achieve strategic marketing and communications objectives and manage the partners and vendors as part of the marketing and communications strategy and budget.Direct and support market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data for short- and long-term market forecasts and reportsIdentify competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning and ensure HealthEZ is portrayed as the market leader in contract to competitor strategies.Coordinates with the sales leader to determine the long-term sales channel strategies in each market segment and by distribution channel.Create marketing and communications to source and support distribution partners in the employee benefits market (brokers, consultants, captives, Reference Based Pricing and others).Assess customer-facing technology platforms to ensure company brands are on the forefront of innovation, including social media and review sites.Set creative direction and standards; assess brand awareness and assist in developing regional marketing plans.Establish and drive benchmarks to determine effectiveness of marketing programs and support decision making; define and manage key marketing KPIs and design marketing dashboard to share with executive team and board.Endorse best-in-class customer experience at all touchpoints across functions; define and implement metrics to track customer satisfaction within each brand and create local market response programs.Oversee the development and implementation of the Brand strategy.Oversee the implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.What We Expect from You:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field and 10+ years of progressively responsible management experience with a marketing emphasis and 5 years of leadership experience.Demonstrated experience in with third party administrators and self-funded healthcare markets.Demonstrated ability to lead, direct, and communicate effectively both in written and verbal formats, and with a variety of groups and individuals at varying levels of the organization, including formal presentations to Board members and the facilitation of marketing strategy development and implementation.Demonstrated knowledge of health insurance and health related industries, and their business relationships, economics and dynamics.Experience and knowledge of marketing practices and methodologies, including channel marketing, product marketing and research and strategic planning techniques.Demonstrated ability to build collaborative working relationships with individuals and groups at all levels within an organization.
