Company DescriptionVALR Brands is an active-lifestyle brand that focuses on experiential branding through consumer innovative products to include ; energy drinks, supplements, performance wear, and single-origin sourced coffee.Role DescriptionVALR Brand is seeking a PRODUCTION ARTIST to work remotely for our in-house CREATIVE TEAM! This individual will be involved in both on-site and virtual brainstorms! As well as planning, strategy, and collaboration sessions with the VALR Creative Team on a daily / weekly basis!QualificationsThis individual will be involved in both on-site and virtual brainstorms!As well as planning, strategy, and collaboration sessions with the VALR Creative Team on a daily / weekly basis!Must live / be able to commute to VALR HQ in Coral Springs, FL as least one to three times per week!This is a FULL-TIME positionWe utilize the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite - so a high-level of knowledge and ability in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, etc. is a MUST!PRINT, LAYOUT, and PACKAGING design experience is REQUIRED!Must be able to help develop and produce high-quality print and digital designs that align with VALR Brand Guidelines as well as written / communicated specifications!Must be able to prepare and preflight files for print production, ensuring accurate color, resolution, and file setup!WEB, EMAIL, and SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT design experience is REQUIRED!Must be able to design digital assets including web banners, social media graphics, email templates, and online advertisements!This individual should be up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve design processes and output!Abilities in content shooting / creation / editing is a plus for both video and photography!3D / Animation ability is a HUGE PLUS!Some projects will be fully directed, and some will have varying levels of creative freedom!We're looking for someone that's dependable and HIGHLY RESOURCEFUL that we can trust to help us continue to build the VALR Brand and its EXPERIENCES / PRODUCTS!Must be able to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously - as well as keep a sound shared folder structure!Packaging Design and Art skillsAttention to detail and creativityExperience in brand design and productionAbility to work independently and collaborativelyExcellent time management and organizational skillsKnowledge of print production processesGraphic design or related degree is a must.Please send CVs and / or PORTFOLIOS to our Chief Creative, Brian James Tipton via brian@
