What You’ll Be Doing... **In this highly visible and integral role, you will be responsible for leading a team of base management brand leads for a portfolio of Value brands (Straight Talk, Tracfone and Walmart Family Mobile). Your goals are to reduce churn and drive service revenue growth for your portfolio of brands. You will also build and develop a staff of 7 direct reports (including contractors) with strategic, analytical, operational, collaboration and presentation skills. You will proactively identify cross-brand opportunities and push forward strategic initiatives to unlock incremental benefits. You will create efficiencies by partnering with other brand leads and leveraging portfolio level assets such as the Loyalty Program. The work your team does under your leadership includes both commercially available service and device offers as well as restricted service and device offers. You will work strategically with finance, new technology, channel engagement, communications execution teams and others to develop new processes while keeping the customer at the center of your efforts.

You will be responsible for both driving bottom up data-backed recommendations as well as adapting to top down requirements from executive leadership. The primary responsibilities will be focused around key areas to the business including, but not limited to:

Leveraging cutting edge segmentation tools and targeting capabilities to garner insights and trends that will lead to new offer strategies to benefit multiple brands.

Using broad industry perspective to interpret competitive information, draw intelligent conclusions, provide assessments at the strategic and tactical level, formulate promo recommendations on proactive and/or reactive actions and take actions to execute upon approved recommendations.

Utilizing experience and business knowledge to develop annual and quarterly marketing roadmaps as well as guide strategy & execution of key marketing programs that are integrated into the larger commercial brand and distribution roadmaps.

Deciphering performance across a variety of metrics: i.e. KPIs, LNP, Segmentation, Propensity, etc. to uncover new opportunities for growth and revenue from the Verizon base.

Facilitating proposal alignment between Finance and Marketing through business case development.

Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to develop unique promo campaigns that will differentiate Verizon in the industry while driving growth.

Driving existing customer transactions through Verizon’s digital channels while helping to build and leverage new channels such as inbound care, IVR, 611611 and others.

Building presentations to effectively communicate trends, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Managing complex strategic projects from concept, through execution, and retrospective analysis.

Providing feedback to partner organizations to build out new base management capabilities and refine existing ones.

Where you’ll be working…In this role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days (in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).

What we’re looking for... **You’ll need to have:

Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

Six or more years of relevant work experience.

Experience in strategic marketing planning and financial analysis.

Willingness to travel approximately up to 25%.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

Experience gathering, organizing and analyzing large amounts of information.

Experience presenting ideas and content to a variety of stakeholders at various levels.

Experience working collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders.

Experience in the wireless or telecommunications industry.

Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills with the ability to see things not readily apparent to others and to find unique solutions to complex challenges.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to clearly express complex ideas.

High proficiency with G Suite, Microsoft Excel and Power Point; even better if you also have experience with Think-Cell.

Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work with minimal supervision, and independently manage concurrent projects to timely completion.

Demonstrated ability to think strategically and to "see the big picture".

Strong business acumen and ability to provide strong insights required to build business cases for offer approval.

Ability to influence executive conversation on perspective or key decision.

Where you’ll be workingIn this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $114,000.00 and $232,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
