Growing together.Level2 is looking for a Marketing Automation Leader who will be responsible for the hands-on designing, implementing, and optimizing our consumer demand generation strategies.

This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership skills to effectively manage our automation communication platforms and drive successful consumer engagement. As a Marketing Automation Leader ,you'll have the opportunity to expand your multi-channel marketing, technology, and automations skills on a high-performing team that greatly impacts the growth and efficacy of the Level2 business.

If you are located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities:Lead the execution of automated communication strategies (e.g., email, SMS, in app messaging, etc.) that drive consumer demand and affect member outcomes; contributing to strategy development, tooDesign and implement targeted campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, leading the creation of supporting automated workflows as assigned and scheduled in AsanaAnalyze and report on the effectiveness of automated communications, using data to build to insights, all to improve effectivenessLead the creation of interaction experiments and employ A/B testing to regularly learn what audience engagement best advance our businessOversee servicing support requests related to any automated communication issues/concernsOversee others on the automated communications team, within the greater consumer demand generation teamTrain and develop other members of the team to ensure successful delivery of automated communication strategiesContinue developing technical expertise and certifications with automated communication tools

You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification and Email Specialist CertificationExperience with campaign performance reporting to inform insight that informs actionExperience with using project management toolsDemonstrated experience with mobile communication channels (push, in-app messaging, SMS)Demonstrated experience with effective communication and organization skills in a highly collaborative environmentKnowledge of HTML for limited cosmetic edits and alterationsKnowledge of CCPA, TCPA and other relevant privacy regulationsA record of success with journey building and end-to-end email execution with an understanding of email best practicesOperating knowledge of Salesforce

Required experience: building and managing data extensionsOperational knowledge of: writing scripts for SQL queries, multi-channel subscriber configuration and management

Direct experience with: Email Studio, Journey Builder and Analytics Builder

Preferred Qualifications:4+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud; experience with other digital marketing automation systems (including Adobe Marketing Cloud)

Mobile Studio a nice to have; Advertising Studio and Social Studio (preferred)

Experience with the highly regulated healthcare industryKnowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud contact management and workflow automationBasic SQL knowledge
