We hope you are:

1. You are user-centric designer who cares about travelers and Globaleur's missions

2. You are creative and curious, willing to try and test new ideas, not afraid of failure, think out of the box

3. You are responsible for your projects, your customers and clients with great work ethics

4. Attention to details, like to think, observe and discover (critical-thinking skills)

5. Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders

6. Like to talk with your customers, co-workers, and clients, and ask for feedbacks

7. Fast learner, not afraid of new challenges with positive attitude

Skills:

1. Have 2 years + experience of UI/UX design in responsive web app, for example, you can: Quickly come up a few mockups based on ideas, able to analyze each option; Able to do research and think independently to develop your stories and designs; Always follow up with the latest design trends and test them out; Keep consistency in your design; Able to gather user feedbacks and make improvements

2. Great time-management, planning and organization skills

3. Understand the product development cycle

4. Skilled with design tools such as Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, etc.

5. Have at least bachelor degree

6. Business English at least (if your English is not that good, it is okay)

Nice if you are:

1. Have technical background

2. Managed digital products in the past

3. Open to business travel, sometimes, it maybe a few months, but it is not so important if you cannot travel

4. Fluent in another language

5. Have many travel experiences in the past, or you were in the travel industry

6. Leadership experience in the past

7. Have client-facing experience in the past

8. Have product analytics background or know about it
