This includes providing support for staff across lines of business and functions as well as facilitating communication avenues across the organization. This position will oversee the company newsletters, website, social media and work in conjunction with CRH initiatives.What to Expect:

Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)
Write copy for various external and internal communicationsDocument employees, events and locations through photos and videos, focused on safety, recruiting, branding and marketingWork with line of business leaders to obtain coverage of company projectsMaintain the company and company project presence in social networks and on social mediaSeek opportunities to promote Dolomite both internally and externallyReport on progress and contribute to strategic initiativesCoordinate and manage internal video feedsCoordinate and publish company newslettersAid in the development of presentations for internal and external useCoordinate workshops, special events and other Dolomite gatheringsDesign and produce company recruiting materialsGenerate written communications, announcements, articles, flyers, etc. for all lines of businessSupport office administrative tasksDesign and develop presentation and other communications tools for use by managementSeek out and build relationships in the communityParticipate and speak at local and regional events, charities and community outreach programs to increase awareness of the organization
Additional Responsibilities
Display a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors, and the public at all times.Must be willing to travel and work away from home when required.Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures as outlined in the Environmental, Health & Safety Manual.Strict adherence to Dolomite's policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Manual.Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required.
QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree with course work in communications, marketing, public relations or related field.A minimum of 3 years applicable experience is required.
Knowledge/Skill Requirements
Ability to promote and participate in team environment conceptsAbility to understand written and oral direction and to communicate same with othersMust demonstrate the ability to use a computer to communicate and analyze data. This includes but is not limited to the use of Outlook, MS Office programs, construction software and web-based programsAbility to work under pressure and within deadlinesResults drivenAbility to network and build relationships

Strong communication skills both written and verbal, as well as computer skillsMobility to attend various meetings and events at offsite locationsHours are extended throughout the year to occasionally include nights and weekends when necessaryRegional travel may be requiredRegular and predictable attendance is required
