Overview The FindLaw Channel Development Specialist is responsible for design, development, and implementation of continuing development programs for our go to market teams with priority centered around our sales and client executive teams. This includes our new hire onboarding program and recuring upskill pathways to increase digital legal marketing proficiency, leverage our proprietary tools and analytics to showcase a value story, and train the skills most critical in selling our FindLaw products. This role will work closely with our sales and client management leaders, marketing, product, sales, digital solutions, and senior leadership to align on the needs of desired learning outcomes. About the Role Establish a baseline of channel proficiency around value articulation and ability to address customer objections and questions through data and consistent value messaging. Design and develop effective instructional programs the form of curriculum, lesson plans, instructor guides, job aids, etc. Assist in product launches and product change management strategies for proper knowledge and adaptation to new ways of selling and servicing our customers. Develop qualitative and quantitative methods of ongoing skill assessment to measure impacts to learning Create reporting to track progress and improvement over time, reporting results to leadership on a recurring basis. Actively monitor the effectiveness of training and adjust training programs as necessary. Build and manage key relationships with sales and client management leadership, and other internal partners. About You Bachelor's degree required 5+ years of experience in sales training execution Experience working in a LMS and training tools such as Articulate and Vyond. Knowledge of legal vertical and experience in working with legal professionals preferred Excellent writing, presentation, and overall communication skills Demonstrated coaching and mentoring skills Must be able to originate innovative approaches to meet sales training needs Demonstrated project management skills Detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently #LI-D2E What's in it For You?
