The Marketing Specialist works under the direction of the Marketing Director to execute marketing initiatives that will support our agents and our Coldwell Banker River Valley, REALTORS brand. The goal is to be a resource to our agents, working to empower them to be the best version of themselves and to provide them with the marketing resources they need to achieve their goals. In this role, you will work to establish collaborative and positive relationships with our real estate agents and our internal team by understanding and fulfilling their needs. This is a full-time position Monday through Friday. Benefits are available and include: • Health Insurance • Health Savings Account • 401k • Paid Time Off • Paid Holidays • Short-Term and Long-Term Disability • Fitness Reimbursement • Employee Assistance Program Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the Marketing Director to develop processes and procedures that will result in an efficient process that produces results. • Become well-versed in the Coldwell Banker River Valley, REALTORS brand and the real estate industry . • Coordinate and establish a process to maintain the Agent Marketing Services (AMS) program effectively. • Design, edit, and optimize marketing pieces including postcards, digital advertising, brochures, etc. • Promote properties through marketing initiatives. • Assist in maintaining social media presence at an agent and company level. • Monitor and post content on appropriate social networks for AMS agents. • Assist the Marketing Director in coordinating company events and training. Qualifications: • Associate degree in marketing, graphic design or related major. • Some marketing experience helpful. • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Publisher, Excel, and Word . • Skilled in navigating and managing various social media and online marketing platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc. • Experience using creative design programs such as InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop, required. • Proficient in Adobe Premier to successfully record, edit, and deliver video content. • Experienced in leveraging Google tools, including Google Search, Google My Business, and Google Ads, for effective online presence and marketing strategies. • Adept project manager; impeccable time management and prioritization skills. • Skilled communicator with great interpersonal skills, ability to build and manage relationships. • Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized. • Excellent writing and grammar skills. • Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills. • Positive and enthusiastic attitude and ability to work well with others. • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to represent Coldwell Banker River Valley, REALTORS professionally in interactions with agents, employees, and other external contacts. Compensation: $37,000 - $42,000 yearly DOE
