to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, particularly within the manufacturing sector. As Marketing Manager at Kanak Naturals, you will lead our marketing efforts, craft innovative campaigns, and drive brand awareness to enhance our market presence and support business growth.Key Responsibilities in this role include:Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies : Design and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales growth for Kanak Naturals' product lines.Campaign Management:

Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events, ensuring alignment with Kanak Naturals' brand values.Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies, and use insights to inform Kanak Naturals' marketing strategies.Content Creation and Management:

Collaborate with the content team to produce engaging and relevant content for different platforms, including social media, blogs, newsletters, and product literature.Brand Management:

Maintain and enhance Kanak Naturals' brand image, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.Budget Management:

Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.Partnership Development:

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.Qualified candidates for this role will have the following skills and experience:Education: A

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably within the manufacturing sector.Skills:

Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, with a focus on B2B marketing. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing. Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing strategies. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Personal Attributes:
