Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.The Impact You'll Make in this RoleAs a UX Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:Designing wireframes in Figma, utilizing our growing design library and implementing pages within the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform.Supporting project management for global web experience initiatives, ensuring successful delivery within defined timelines and budgets.Connect UX recommendations to larger global strategy, leveraging design thinking towards business outcomesInterpreting global business requirements into UX/UI solutions, interpreting and integrating feedback from internal stakeholdersCreating a clear, globally relevant user experience vision - delivering experiences that balance user needs, business goals, and technical considerations across web and mobile platformsPartnering with marketing teams, web experience leads and UX designers to gather project requirements, define objectives, and establish key deliverables.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 5 years of combined experience in UX Design, Digital Experience and/or Website Strategy.ANDHigh School Diploma/GED AND 9 years of combined experience in UX Design, Digital Experience and/or Website Strategy.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Strong experience in information architecture, wireframing, usability testing, and data analysisAbility to communicate complex or new ideas effectively to others and influence decision makingProject and agency management, which requires strong skills in organization and time managementWorking knowledge of new tools in digital experience and UX designExcellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and lead cross-functional teamsAdaptability to your approach to work - may not follow structure sprintsPassion for technology, optimization, and process-improvementExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate teamsExperience working ith globally distributed and cross-functional teamsResults oriented - proven successful to use qualitative and quantitative metrics to make recommendations and manage systems that contribute to marketing goalsCommitment to continuing professional developmentExperience with Figma wireframing and prototypingExperience with AEM website platformWork location:Remote USTravel: May include up to 10% globalRelocation Assistance: Not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
