Job Description

Turner & Townsend Heery is actively seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team in Atlanta, GA.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for preparing proposals, presentations and communication materials for program management services. Coordinates the distribution of internal and external marketing information.

Responsibilities

Prepares public sector proposals and presentations for new business development in response to RFPs/RFIs providing recommendations with a focus on ensuring that all materials meet established standards as to branding and messaging, and compliance to RFP/RFI.

Reviews internal and external collateral materials, proofreads and edits content, ensures appropriate branding, and approves materials for final distribution.

Collaborates with pursuit teams to develop win themes and win strategies. Implements these strategies in client deliverables.

Assists regional leadership in preparing various marketing materials as needed.

Maintains and updates marketing library of proposals, presentations, and other collateral materials and assets.

Provides quality control for work products, ensuring that appropriate branding, content, and formatting are used.

Oversees production for deliverables.

Other duties may be assigned.

May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Leadership skills in proposal and presentation strategies.

Graphic design and visualization skills.

Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to internal clients.

Ability to effectively present information.

Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents.

Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.

Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.

Intermediate to Advanced skills with software programs such as Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.

Deltek Vision experience is a plus.

Knowledge of the A/E/C industry required.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year college or university and a minimum of (10) ten to (15) fifteen years of related experience and/or training.

Experience supporting proposal efforts in the A/E/C industry.

Experience with In-Design is required.

Experience with Deltek Vision is preferred.

Experience with developing Social Media content.

Experience supporting conferences and client networking events is preferred.

Additional Information

The salary range for this full-time role is $110K-$120 per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
