The SEM & SEO manager will be a part of strategic business decisions and will help mold the future of the SEM & SEO team and structure. Our team, structure, and management is all about doing awesome stuff, with a positive attitude and making cool shit happen.Role & Responsibilities:Primary roles and responsibilities will revolve around planning, scheduling and executing on SEM & SEO campaigns that help our clients achieve their goals. Job duties will vary and oscillate based on client needs but will be a general mix of the following responsibilities. The mix below will have overlapping responsibilities and may change with organizational and structural changes to Mixed Handed Branding.SEM Management: 50%SEO Management: 20%Client Management: 10%Website Function: 10%Administrative: 5%Management: 5%Summary of Pay Per Click (SEM) Job Responsibilities 50%Work with your team to assist clients with meeting ROI expectations by performing ad copy testing and keyword analysisAssist your team in meeting quantifiable client goals and providing responsive, impeccable serviceDeliver client reports on campaign status, budget deliverables, performance, and competitive analysisUse statistical analysis to draw conclusions about marketing campaigns and make strategic recommendations accordinglyDevelop and implement A/B testing programs to maximize conversion ratesResponsible for the day-to-day delivery of campaigns within budget, keyword optimization, reporting, and achieving KPIsRunning SEM campaigns on both Google, Bing, and other SEM platforms as deemed necessaryManaging SEM delivery across both domestic and international territoriesDeveloping SEM & Google Shopping account strategy both domestically and internationallyDevise and implement short and long-term paid search road-maps and execute tactics to grow the clients businessUtilize bid management platforms with ability to on-board and implement new systems into business structureCarry out website analysis to optimize the complete consumer journey & pro-actively suggest improvements to SEMDevelop creative strategies for SEM to pitch to clients and find ways to make them effective to grow client's businessOther duties as assigned by the president and CEOSummary of SEO Job Responsibilities 20%Lead keyword research to identify market opportunities for SEM and SEO activitiesPerform website audits and website effectiveness to determine effective SEM & SEO strategiesPerforms foundational SEO work on new websites for clientsImplement and manage search strategies with SEO contractors to ensure optimal website performanceWork with internal teams & departments to understand business impact, performance & target SEO needsManage both technical and content-based SEO to ensure rankings are optimizedOther duties as assigned by the president and CEOSummary of Client Management Job Responsibilities 10%Day to day client contact for SEM and SEO campaign details and initiativesHelp to educate the clients on SEM & SEO strategies and tactics, keeping up to date with the latest industry trendsAssist in pitch/proposal preparation and possible pitch/proposal meetingsDemonstrates passion for digital marketing by proactively finding and developing recommendations on new ways to build the client's business and grow accountsOther duties as assigned by the president and CEOSummary of Website Function Job Responsibilities 10%Coordinate & develop campaign assets, such as landing pages, tracking codes, and lead capture forms to integrate with reporting toolsCoordinates website launches and connects to DNS and all necessary tracking codes as well as other digital business connectionsHelp improve website - content, look & feel, lead generation performanceOther duties as assigned by the president and CEOSummary of Administrative Responsibilities 5%Help maintain, create, and develop processes for organizational management related to SEM & SEO executionMonitor emails, deadlines, and client's work to ensure effective campaign deliveryStrong financial understanding with numerical skills to understand client billing and pricing strategyOther duties as assigned by the president and CEOSummary of Management Responsibilities 5%Work with outside contractors, internal designers, and other team members to ensure program delivery of campaigns on deadline.Provide feedback, critique and review others works to help maintain consistency of brand.Help provide campaign direction for client presentation to help determine the projects directionCollaborate with team to produce presentations for business development and client meetingsOwns and manages the relationship with the external SEM & SEO vendorsOther duties as assigned by the president and CEOWork Qualification:Summary of Preferred QualificationsProven track record of planning, building and optimizing large scale, complex and successful Performance Display Advertising and Search Marketing/SEM/SEM, preferably in Adwords Marketing \Knowledge of 3rd party tracking and serving technology related to SEM & SEOConfident, self-motivated with strong, demonstrable bias for action and solution to clients needsProcess driven with an eye for improvement in team/workflow efficiencyKnowledge of 3rd party tracking and serving technology related to SEM campaignsProven track record in paid search and delivering ROI to clientsKnowledge & experience with bid management platforms with ability to on-board and implement into business structureCreative thinker who is willing to take calculated, entrepreneurial risks to drive hyper-growth for clientsCertifications in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and YouTube preferredBachelor's Degree in marketing, or 2-4 years relevant experience managing strategic and complex SEM & Paid Search campaigns with a history of driving ROI for the company/clientCompensation DetailsPay:

TBD based on experiencePayment shall be paid bi-weekly throughout the year and will be direct deposited into your account. Payroll will always be paid out on the first Monday of the following work period with pay covering the previous two weeks.Employment Type:

Full-TimeThis position will be considered full-time with a working schedule that maintains approximately 90% of work in office and 10% of work can be done remotely at home and on location with clients. The salary structure with annual reviews is aimed at developing a strategic business partner who can grow with the company and help the company excel and grow in tandem.Hours Per Week:

40The standard 40 hour work week applies to this role, however it is expected that we will flex our hours from one week to the next depending on projects meeting client deadlines and ensuring timely delivery of clients assets. Our goal is to have a conscious work/life balance, but also put forth an effort that gives Mixed Handed Branding the best opportunity to succeed.Leave and Benefits DetailsSick Leave:Employee shall receive 5 days of paid sick leave each year. Sick leave expires annually on December 31st and is automatically reset to 5 days of leave.Vacation Leave:Employee shall receive 10 days of paid vacation leave each year. Vacation leave expires annually on December 31st and is automatically reset to 10 days of leave.Holidays:We will observe 13 total Holidays as listed below. We will also take an additional 1 week off from Christmas day to New Years day in order to spend time with friends and family. This total holiday package equals 18 days throughout the year.1.
