Job Description:The RoleAs a Sr. Marketing Technologist on the digital team you will partner across marketing, sales, technology, data, and field readiness business partners to advanced our marketing and sales content management system technology strategy. Are you read to be a key member of the Fidelity Institutional and Asset Management Marketing digital team where you’ll have the opportunity to blend marketing technology, data, and program management skills with a passion for enabling sales and marketing teams? In this role you’ll help the business better handle content, deliver the right content to prospects and clients at the right time, and measure the impact and utilization of a range of content tied to business outcomes.The Expertise and Skills You BringExperience in web and/or document management system deployment

Large scale technology program management and change management

Savvy with data, analytics, and modern marketing tech (ie. marketing automation)

Knowledgeable about content architecture, taxonomy, metadata, and content tagging

Proficiency in marketing performance dashboards and analytics

Ability to effectively collaborate across a range of functions and teams

Ability to take initiative and drive business outcomes

You will function as a content management system super-user and product manager

You will have the ability to algin resources (technology, data, architecture, vendor) and roadmaps for marketing tech product improvmeent of content management systems

You’ll establish strategies for better content management technology, process, and operating model that generate efficiency, scale, and cost savings

The TeamThis role is in the Digital Engagement & Martech Solutions team. We are responsible for enabling effective digital marketing, generating leads for sales, enable sales and relationship management teams, delivering modern and differentiated digital experiences, and using the latest technology and advanced analytics to scale and optimize the marketing function.
